Better Angels, LLC Ordering and Cancellation Policy

Ordering and cancellation policy are established through shipping partners. Payments are accepted through online store system.  Orders must be cancelled through the shipping and ordering system of partners as to method of payment (credit or debit).  Normal business hours for processing and cancellation are determined by the shipping partners. Customers must contact shipping representatives (i.e., Lulu, Amazon) for questions pertaining to processing and delivery of order. r. 

Better Angles, LLC Replacement and Returns Restriction Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by our policies  We want to assure your personal satisfaction. We CANNOT accept returns on behalf of shipping partners. We cannot receive refunds on behalf of shipping partners. Shipping partners work with customers pertaining to damaged items and apply their policies i.e.,

  • Pertaining to damaged goods. If there is obvious damage to product during shipping, let the shipping partner know in order to resolve the issue.  DO NOT RETURN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
  • Follow the criteria of shipping partner for returning item(s) within calendar days.
  • Follow shipping partner guidelines in order to replace items or refund.

Missing of Late Partial Refund

What happens if there is a missing or late partial refund?  All efforts will be made for proper resolution, i.e.,.  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within stated calendar days.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact shipping partner.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, notify shipping partner as to who receives credit once the item is returned.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the shipping partner may send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable by Better Angels, LLC shipping partners. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

Better Angels, LLC  do not set shipping rates.  We abide by the terms of our printing company for standard shipping costs.  The shipping company considers how much books weigh and what the cost can be for shipping.  Shipping costs depend on the number of books and the method of shipping. Shipping Note: Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.

Free Ground Shipping for Orders of 100 or More

Our partners look for opportunities to reduce prices for our customers, including shipping. Often partners run weekly special offers and discounts. For example, a company offers Free Ground Shipping on orders of 100 or more books or 15% off; or to qualify for the Free Ground shipping offered by this company, you must purchase at least 100 books for each location you wish to have the books shipped to.  For instance if you are in need of 100 books, and shipping 100 books to one location, then the Ground shipping is free. But if you want to ship 50 books to two different locations then your order will not qualify for the free shipping offer. The Free Ground Shipping offer is normally for the lower 48 states of the U.S.A only.

Note that shipping costs depend on the number of books and the method of shipping.
