Better Angels, LLC Ordering and Cancellation Policy

No order can be sent to a post office box address. Payments are accepted through our online store system.  We only accept cancellations on orders placed on the same day. Orders must be cancelled through the same method of payment (credit or debit) the same day.  Any order not cancelled within the normal business hours is processed the next business day.  A normal business day is between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, outside of celebrated national holidays.  Allow at least up to two weeks or 7- 14 business days for processing and delivery of order. 

Better Angles, LLC Replacement and Returns Restriction Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by our policies  We want to assure your personal satisfaction. Please note that we CANNOT accept returns on books or other paper items (including sale items).

We can only replace items if the item is damaged. There are certain situations where partial refunds apply to damaged items.  Certain conditions and criteria must be met:

  • If there is obvious damage to product during shipping.  Let us know.  We will contact the shipper on your behalf to resolve the issue.    DO NOT RETURN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
  • Damaged item must be returned within 14 calendar days of the receipt of your delivery. After that date, we cannot offer any refund or exchange.
  • To return your product, email us for addressing your product.

Note: No shipments can be made to Post Office Box addresses or addresses within or outside of the United States.

If Replacement or Partial Refund is Approved

To complete your partial refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund (if applicable) – Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Missing of Late Partial Refund

What happens if there is a missing or late partial refund?  All efforts will be made for partial refunds within 14 calendar days.  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Subject: Partial Refund Missing

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Better Angels, LLC Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable by Better Angels, LLC. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

Better Angels, LLC  do not set shipping rates.  We abide by the terms of our printing company for standard shipping costs.  The shipping company considers how much books weigh and what the cost can be for shipping.  Shipping costs depend on the number of books and the method of shipping. Shipping Note: Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.

Free Ground Shipping for Orders of 100 or More

We look for opportunities to reduce prices for our customers, including shipping. Currently, we do work with a company that sometimes runs special offers. For example, the company offers Free Ground Shipping on orders of 100 or more books. To qualify for the Free Ground shipping offered by this company, you must purchase at least 100 books for each location you wish to have the books shipped to.  For instance if you are in need of 100 books, and shipping 100 books to one location, then the Ground shipping is free. But if you want to ship 50 books to two different locations then your order will not qualify for the free shipping offer. The Free Ground Shipping offer is for the lower 48 states of the U.S.A only.

Note that shipping costs depend on the number of books and the method of shipping. Presently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
