Summer Theme: Safe Space for Children/Youth/Young Adults
Through the work of documented studies, community involvement, and education, we know that there are millions of children who are suffering from religious child maltreatment (RCM) and trauma. Children, youth and young adults have been most vulnerable during the pandemic.
As churches and schools reopen, we can not be complacent about not addressing this issue. Professionals, in these sessions, will address RCM and trauma through which will include key methods to support survivors, families, and faith community members. Their stories are gut-wrenching.

“The sessions from the conference were excellent and well structured. I now have a much better understanding of the different types of therapists, resources tools and the availability of current outreach programs. It was a way to increase my learning curve in this area!”
– Gardenia T. Bulluck, Author
“I really enjoyed the conference. As a Principal and clergy, I certainly would recommend more sessions from professional therapists in support of ministry., families, and educators.”
– Pastor R. L. Tillery, Sr.
