What is wellness? Researchers have examined the concept of wellness in relation to spiritual, physical, and psychological health. For example, a comprehensive examination from your physician entails all four components. Wellness is not perfect health. It is the soundness of mind, healthy perception of the world, and reasonable physical health based on the examination of a certified professional in the field of medicine and health.
