Welcome to Blogging with Gardenia

Embracing wellness is more than physical. Wellness is about the mind, body, and spirit. It is from that mindset that we write pages that will speak to you, reminding you that God’s hand is over you. Although we are clay, He is the potter who wants to work and shape us as a vessel of honor. It all begins with a thought. Intentionally, blogging with Gardenia is meant to write and speak from real-life experiences.

What is Wellness?

What is wellness? Researchers have examined the concept of wellness in relation to spiritual, physical, and psychological health. For the most part, it requires examining each to achieve a reasonable definition. The certified professional must assess the factors that impact the physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being of an individual. For example, a comprehensive examination from your physician entails all four components. Wellness is not perfect health. It is the soundness of mind, healthy perception of the world, and reasonable physical health based on the examination of a certified professional in the field of medicine and health.
